Men’s Golf Association
Mission
The mission of the Farmingbury Hills Men’s Golf Association, through it’s activities, is to promote the game of golf at Farmingbury Hills Golf Course in the Town of Wolcott, Ct. The Farmingbury Hills Men’s Golf Association promotes a tournament program, CSGA/USGA handicap program and provides business, social contacts amongst its members.
Members
FHMGA members are businessmen, teachers, construction workers, retirees and anyone else who loves the game of golf. Our members range from single digit handicaps to 30+ handicap players, all members are welcome to association activities.
We offer 15 Sunday tournaments throughout the golf season and 3 leagues Tuesday, Thursday early and Thursday late. Participation in all events is not mandatory – some members only play weekend events and some play weekday leagues. The only requirement is you should have fun!
Women’s Golf Association
The Farmingbury Hills Women’s Golf Association welcomes female golfers.
Our league season typically begins the first Wednesday in May and runs through the second Wednesday in September. Tee times start around 3:58 PM and continue through approximately 5:02 PM, depending on participation. Play is from the red or orange tees, based on your
established handicap.
This is a team-based league. While signing up with a partner is not required, many find it adds to the fun and camaraderie!
The season includes 17 weeks of league play, along with approximately 10 tournaments held throughout the year.
League dues are set at the April Spring Meeting and cover League and tournament prizes as well as the end-of-season banquet.
All competitions are played in accordance with the rules of golf as established by the United States Golf Association.
We pride ourselves on enjoying the game of golf.

If you are interested in joining the Farmingbury Hills Women’s Golf Association, please print and fill out the application to the right. You can either bring it to the pro shop at the golf course or mail it to FHGC, 141 East Street, Wolcott, CT 06716.
